Suzanne Mead is an award-winning photographer and exhibiting artist based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Her photos have been exhibited at numerous galleries and museums in the area. Her works have been awarded first prize in photography for two successive years at the Art Association of Harrisburg and at the Harrisburg Area Community College. Most recently, she won the Alumni Award for Photography at George Washington University. Her professional experience includes many commercial, private and editorial projects in New York City and Harrisburg.

Ms. Mead's educational background includes a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, with credits completed at University College London and New York University in Paris. She attended the Photography Program at Harrisburg Area Community College where she was awarded the Faculty Scholarship for academic excellence. Ms Mead is currently pursuing a Masters of Fine Arts in Photography on a part-time basis at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., teaching photography at Harrisburg Area Community College and managing a full-time business-Suzanne Mead Photography-in Harrisburg, PA.
